Debt Fairness Act Notice
Debt Fairness Act Notice. I understand that if my account balance remains unpaid after 3 statements, or 90 days, a letter will be sent to me notifying me that my account may be referred to a collection agency. I am responsible for paying any remaining balance to them. I acknowledge that in accordance with the Minnesota Debt Fairness Act (MN Stat. §507.09), effective October 1, 2024, Skingevity will not withhold medically necessary care due to unpaid debt.
